Synopsis

Sheila Carter settles into a packed cinema and immediately starts policing the people around her, turning in her seat to complain about the noise from a popcorn-eating couple, a woman with a box of sweets and the man sitting behind her. Having made her disapproval of their manners perfectly clear, she sits back with an air of superiority, only to strain through a long, thunderous bout of wind that turns heads across the auditorium. Unruffled, she leans toward the woman beside her and tries to pin the smell on her neighbour instead.

Notes

Sheila Carter appears only in the second series of The Catherine Tate Show. She is still glimpsed in the opening titles of series three, but no new sketches featured her, and Geordie Georgie took her place in the 2007 Christmas special.
