The premise

Here’s the bit.

A cheerful holiday ad invites customers to explain their affection for Dunkin Donuts. Donny takes the invitation much further than the polished testimonials around him, arguing with an employee and roughhousing with his friend. His devotion to the shop eventually spills into a confrontation in the parking lot.
