Totally Legit OBGYN
The setup
The premise
Here’s the bit.
Toni and Candace have expanded Women & Women First into a curtained-off health clinic inside a shared workspace, and a patient who works around the corner drops in for the Pap smear she has been putting off. Instead of an exam she gets an offer of emergency contraception, whispered assurances of confidentiality, a confusing lesson on hygiene and a questionnaire that asks her to rate her anatomy. Candace keeps breaking off to scold the office workers on the other side of the curtain for typing too loudly. When the patient asks about their qualifications, Toni answers with her hometown, and the free samples turn out to be barbecue napkins. After a tour of the clinic's lending library of sex toys, the patient gives up, retrieves her urine sample to take to a real doctor and leaves, while the two owners congratulate themselves on the good work they are doing.

Highly quotable.
Hey! I can hear you typing! It's very distracting!
I'm sorry. I meant more like medical training or certification that you have.
These are barbecue napkins. These are for eating ribs.
