It's a hold-up, not a botany lesson!
I happen to know that this is the Lupin Express.

Synopsis

England, 1747: the dashing highwayman Dennis Moore stops a coach and shoots the driver to show he means business. His menace soon dissolves into a long, fussy account of how often he practises his aim and exactly which distant tree he could hit, until he and the passengers are bickering over whether it is a beech, an elm or a willow. Snapping back to the robbery, he reveals his true target: not money or jewels but lupins. The squire, a young woman and a parson insist they have none, but Moore knows exactly which coach he has stopped, turns them out to search it, and claims an armful of the flowers before galloping away on his horse Concorde as a heroic ballad celebrates his deeds.

Notes

The galloping ballad that follows Dennis Moore parodies the theme song of the 1950s ITV series The Adventures of Robin Hood.
