The premise

Here’s the bit.

White Spy stands on a ladder, throwing buckets onto a burning house. Black Spy keeps the buckets coming, but secretly fills them from a gasoline tanker. Each delivery makes the fire worse until the house explodes. Black Spy returns to the neighboring front door, leaving the wreckage behind him.
