Fender Bender

After being rear-ended, a man asks the other driver to exchange insurance details. The driver heads back to his convertible, starts the engine and keeps acting as though he might leave. Each attempt to get the information brings another provocation: a store receipt, a novelty license and even an imaginary card. When the increasingly angry victim threatens to call the police, the driver apologizes and claims he was only joking. He finally hands over what looks like a real insurance card, but it proves to be another novelty license, and he drives away before the victim can stop him.
