Retired Military Specialist

A general tracks down Decker at his remote cabin, where the veteran assumes he is being recruited for another dangerous assignment. The visitor actually wants a recommendation for someone younger. Stung by the suggestion that his best days are behind him, Decker insists on demonstrating his old reflexes. Simple tests become a succession of failed blocks and disarming attempts, followed by increasingly reckless requests to stop bullets. The general tries to leave, but Decker keeps raising the stakes to prove he still belongs in the field.
