Soul Food

Two businessmen visiting a neighborhood soul food shack for lunch start with ordinary orders, but each keeps revising his order to sound more authentic than the other. Collard greens and cornbread give way to ham hocks, pig feet and grits, then to things no kitchen serves: swamp insects, fish heads, animal teeth, a cellar door and finally a human foot. The waitress takes it all in stride and has only one practical follow-up question, which both men answer with total confidence.
