The premise
Here’s the bit.
Brian loses his place while reciting a speech from Twelfth Night. Nick offers quotations from an expanding assortment of plays, films and television, testing Brian’s patience and literary knowledge. The exercise takes a cruel turn when Nick draws on Brian’s private history before finally supplying the missing words.
