Um is she getting closer?
So much for defying gravity
Are they following us?

Two couples (Beck Bennett, Cecily Strong, Kyle Mooney, Vanessa Bayer) are watching the Thanksgiving Day Parade from their apartment window when they notice the giant character balloons are getting uncomfortably close. What starts as casual parade watching quickly turns into a horror scenario as three balloons—Madeline (Kristen Wiig), a creepy Pennywise-style clown (Bobby Moynihan), and Woody from Toy Story (Mikey Day)—break away from the parade route and come right up to their window. The balloons behave like stalkers and eventually attack the terrified spectators. The sketch combines holiday cheer with horror movie tropes, creating a genuinely unsettling yet hilarious scenario. A particularly dark moment occurs when they mention a Kristin Chenoweth balloon falling, prompting the line "so much for defying gravity"—a reference to the musical Wicked.

This sketch aired during Kristen Wiig's second time hosting SNL. The sketch was uploaded to YouTube on February 23, 2017. Features references to Wicked with the "so much for defying gravity" line about a Kristin Chenoweth balloon. This was Mikey Day's first season as a featured player on SNL.
