Everybody's been naughty, everybody's got flaws, if you've been crossed off Santa's list, here comes Sump'n Claus
White envelope filled with 20s, sometimes 50s. Cash! And where am I getting this cash? Hey, man. We don't need to talk about that.
He sees you when you're sleeping. That's weird.
I'ma tell you a secret. He hit somebody with that sleigh. Don't like to talk about it.
And I'm talking about everybody. Justin Bieber getting Sump'n. Paula Deen getting Sump'n. Donald Sterling getting Sump'n. Suge Knight getting Sump'n. Kevin Bacon is getting Sump'n.
What's wrong with Kevin Bacon? / Oh, nothing. He's just my homie.
Go ahead, be naughty. I got you!
Santa said, 'Man, you've been rejected' but you know what I say... Everybody's getting Sump'n
One day I was working at my station, Mrs. Claus started a conversation, both of us felt a sweet sensation, so we agreed on recreation
Santa walked in and said, 'That's a no no' but you know what I said... Everybody's getting Sump'n

Kenan Thompson stars as Sump'n Claus, an alternative to Santa Claus who visits people who've been naughty and got crossed off Santa's list. Unlike Santa who brings toys, Sump'n Claus brings cash in white envelopes filled with twenties and sometimes fifties. The music video-style sketch features three stories: Sheila who slashed her boyfriend's tires after a bad breakup, Marcus who destroyed his office after being overworked, and Sump'n Claus's own origin story of having an affair with Mrs. Claus that got him kicked out of the North Pole. Throughout the sketch, backup singers emphasize "Everybody's been naughty, everybody's got flaws, if you've been crossed off Santa's list, here comes Sump'n Claus." The sketch ends with Sump'n Claus declaring that even controversial figures like Justin Bieber, Paula Deen, Donald Sterling, Suge Knight, and his homie Kevin Bacon are all "getting sump'n."

This sketch has become a holiday tradition for many SNL fans, with millions returning to watch it every Christmas season. The video has over 8.5 million views on YouTube. The song is surprisingly catchy and many viewers note it "unironically slaps". The sketch parodies traditional Christmas songs and Santa Claus mythology with a comedic urban twist. Sump'n Claus's mysterious cash source is never explained, adding to the humor.
