During a house tour, a couple (Tori and Matt) views a potential home with a realtor (Carl). When the realtor casually mentions that her father is Santa Claus, the wife becomes increasingly suspicious and paranoid. Throughout the tour, she accuses the realtor's father of actually being various Christmas villains like the Grinch, Scrooge, or Krampus, convinced the realtor is plotting against Santa. Her paranoia escalates with each room they visit, examining the fireplace size (too small for Santa), worrying about an HOA, and checking the crawl space. Despite her husband's attempts to calm her down and the realtor's earnest reassurances, the wife's conspiracy theories spiral out of control, turning a simple house showing into a hostile interrogation about the realtor's family's Christmas credentials.
