In this sketch, a mother (played by Stephanie Weir) gathers her family together for Christmas gift-giving, but things quickly deteriorate as she becomes increasingly manic and unstable. While distributing presents to family members - including a phone for her husband, an Xbox for her daughter, and a DVD player for her mom - the mother's behavior becomes more erratic and emotional. Her mental state unravels as she attempts to maintain control of the holiday celebration, ultimately only receiving gloves for herself while everyone else gets elaborate gifts.
