The Christmas Portal

In this absurdist twist on "A Christmas Carol," Ebenezer Scrooge is visited not by the traditional Christmas ghosts, but by the Ghost of Christmas Way Future - a cyborg warrior from the year 3050. The cyborg warns Scrooge about Skeletrex and his army of evil "bonies" (bone creatures) threatening Christmas through the Christmas Portal. Instead of learning about redemption and generosity, Scrooge is recruited as a soldier in a futuristic Christmas war, where he proves surprisingly adept at combat. The sketch escalates as Scrooge enthusiastically joins the battle, eating mysterious goop and fighting off skeletal monsters, completely abandoning the traditional moral lesson of the original story.
