A car shaped like a giant hot dog crashes through the front of a men's clothing store. As the employees and customers try to figure out what happened, one man (Tim Robinson) immediately tries to deflect blame, pointing fingers at a man in a hot dog costume. The absurdity escalates as another customer decides to take advantage of the chaos and steal as many suits as he can.
