In this parody of the classic 1939 film, after the Wizard of Oz leaves on his hot air balloon without Dorothy, Glinda the Good Witch cheerfully informs Dorothy that she's always had the power to go back to Kansas using the ruby slippers. An incredulous and furious Dorothy confronts Glinda about withholding this critical information throughout her entire perilous journey through Oz. The Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Cowardly Lion join Dorothy in questioning why Glinda never mentioned this earlier, leading to an escalating confrontation. Dorothy's anger builds as she realizes all the dangers they faced were unnecessary, culminating in her smacking the wand out of Glinda's hand in frustration.
