QUIET! THIS IS A LIBRARY! CAN'T YOU READ?! PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO STUDY! HOW CAN YOU BE SO RUDE?! HUSH! IF YOU CAN'T BE SILENT, THEN I WILL BE VIOLENT!

The "Loud Librarian" sketch features Mrs. Hushbaum, a strict librarian who is incredibly hypocritical about noise in the library. While she constantly yells at students to be quiet, she herself engages in extremely loud and disruptive activities. In this particular episode, she deals with allergies and a broken tooth, calling her dentist while in the library. Throughout the sketch, she uses air horns, whistles, and engages in various noisy activities like bowling, motorcycles, and karate - all while demanding absolute silence from the students around her. The humor comes from the absurd contradiction between her strict enforcement of library rules and her own loud behavior.

This was reportedly Lori Beth Denberg's favorite sketch from All That. The sketch became one of the most memorable recurring bits from the show. Library setting includes multiple signs reading "Quiet", "No Talking", "Stifle", "Hush", "Silence", and "Shhh". Official YouTube video from All That Official channel has over 1.2 million views.
