Count Floyd (Joe Flaherty) hosts Monster Chiller Horror Theatre, introducing and promoting Dr. Tongue's 3D House of Cats, described as a "semi-classic" horror film. Count Floyd urges viewers to send in $27 for 3D glasses to properly watch the film. The sketch then shows clips from the movie where Dr. Tongue (John Candy) is obsessed with cats and has a mansion filled with cat statues and art. He introduces his little cat Dinky to a woman named Alicia (Catherine O'Hara), who then transforms into a cat after drinking a mysterious beverage. The sketch features classic low-budget 3D effects with objects (particularly a cat) being waved back and forth toward the camera. Dr. Tongue is shown to have collected many women he's turned into cats, keeping them in cages. His servant Bruno (Eugene Levy) is killed by the tiny kitten Dinky, and the sketch ends with all the cats attacking Dr. Tongue in a parody of classic horror movie cat attack scenes.
