Vital Information is a recurring sketch featuring rapid-fire one-liners delivered in a deadpan style, similar to SNL's Weekend Update format. The host would deliver absurdist observations and non-sequiturs while sitting at a desk, beginning each segment with "And now, it's time for Vital Information with [host name]" and ending with "I'm [host name], and that's Vital Information for your everyday life!" The sketch became one of the most iconic and longest-running segments in All That history.

If you're on a trip with your family, and you are lost, ask your father for directions. He'll tell you he's not lost. Ask him again. He'll tell you it's just up the road. After that, just keep your mouth shut, because you are lost.
