An absurdist workplace sketch set in the lead-up to Y2K featuring Mr. Bull, a literal bull who has been hired as the new IT consultant at the 1999 Office. Mr. Bull claims to be a graduate of Cambridge University with a masters in both IT and being a bull. Throughout the sketch, Mr. Bull "stompy stompy stompy stomps" all over Broden's office, destroying his fine china, Space Jam DVDs, whittled chairs, and alcohol bottles. The office receptionist Susan brings Mr. Bull some hay to eat, treating him like any other employee. Just as Susan leaves to get drinks (a long black coffee and orange juice), a Spanish/Italian matador character attacks Mr. Bull with a lance, fatally wounding him. Mr. Bull dies in the Spaniard's arms. The humor derives from the completely surreal premise of a bull working in an office being treated as entirely normal, combined with the employees' deadpan acceptance of this bizarre situation.
