A posh mother hires an agency nanny to look after her two children for the day. To her horror, the nanny is from the north of England and has a strong Geordie accent which the mother and children find terrifying. The mother's over-the-top reaction to the nanny's friendly demeanor creates a hilarious clash of cultures.
