A man applies for a job at ShoeCourt Shoe Store and must undergo a lie detector test. The increasingly absurd questions reveal he has done everything from taking illegal drugs to killing a man with his mind to eating a train piece by piece after derailing it with his penis. Despite all his shocking admissions, he gets the job. The sketch starts with a straightforward premise - a job applicant being tested by a lie detector - but quickly descends into absurdity as the interviewers become fascinated by the applicant's outrageous past actions, constantly trying to catch him in a lie with increasingly bizarre questions. When the boss himself takes the lie detector test, it's revealed he was molested by his parents. The applicant gets hired despite (or because of) his disturbing track record, but when he says "I love shoes," the buzzer finally goes off - revealing his first actual lie.
