Homey D. Clown is a recurring character sketch featuring Damon Wayans as Herman Simpson, better known as "Homey D. Clown" - a bitter and hostile ex-convict working as a children's party clown as part of his prison work release program. The character is anti-social and often degrades children while entertaining them, hitting them on the head with a sock containing a tennis ball.
