Parody of Superman featuring a teenage superhero whose alter ego is Mark Cant (parody of Clark Kent). Superdude's one weakness is being lactose intolerant - he cannot be touched by dairy products. The sketches typically follow a pattern: Mark and his girlfriend Penny Lane spend time together when bullies appear, Mark transforms into Superdude, dispatches the bullies, then faces a dairy-themed villain. Superdude's powers include flight, super-strength, super breath (wind and ice), heat vision, and a "magnetic butt." Appeared in Seasons 1-5.
