Fire Marshal Bill Burns is a crazed, masochistic fire marshal with a manic grin and scarred face who gives safety advisories by demonstrating dangerous situations on himself. The character is seemingly immortal despite the constant damage he sustains. Every sketch ends with Fire Marshal Bill blowing up the facility he's teaching at.
