A little backstory.
Earl Stephenson appeared on The Benny Hill Show in 1973. Fan sources identify him as the site cook mixing lunch in a cement mixer in the Fred Scuttle Channel Tunnel sketch and as one of the bicycling Federales in Spot Black, though little else about his career is documented.
