More to the story.
Alan is the subject of That Mitchell and Webb Look's Sensitive Freakshows trailer The Man with 19 Penises (Series 2, Episode 3, 2008), played by Robert Webb. A long-haired young man in tracksuit bottoms, he tells the documentary camera that having 19 penises does not make him any more of a man, while the narrator promises viewers a guilt-free stare.
One great character.
A whole cast to discover.
